Movie clip Wednesday: Vixen in a teen movie?

Welcome to movie clip Wednesday this week's topic:Vixen in a teen movie. Hosted by our very own vixen, Joanna Cake. If you care to play find a clip try to make it less than 3 minutes and go by Joanna's site and tell her you're up.

This week had me stumped I haven't seen many teen coming of age movies. I searched teen movies, coming of age movies, vixen movies and vixens in teen movies. The ones that I found either I hadn't seen or didn't think there was a vixen in them. So I'm going to stretch it a bit. And choose Big with Tom hanks and Elizabeth Perkins. It was a fun film and I think Ms. Perkins could be considered a vixen even in the trailer below there are several clips where I think she looks pretty hot. For your enjoyment.

I had forgotten just how great that movie is! His reaction to the caviar had me shrieking with laughter. Tom Hanks manages to be a small boy in a grown up body so well - it's just brilliant.

And Elizabeth Perkins is very pretty without being an obvious blonde strumpet. So refreshing!

Great choice, Karl!

Joanna: Yes, that was a good scene. The FA O. Schwarz piano was fun too. Although I've been humming Heart and Soul of all day.

This is a funny movie. I've seen it many times. As a matter of fact, it came up as a suggestion for movie night at our scout meeting this week. It lost to Pee Wee's Big Adventure.

This was my nephew's high school play a few years ago, so it was a musical. He had a bit part in the chorus.

Vixen is subjective so, yeah, Elizabeth Perkins could be one. She gets bonus points for jumping on a trampoline.

Happy MCW!

Buzz Kill: Yes, it is funny. Kind of sorry to hear it was beat out by Pee Wee.

Good for him, you know I like a musical.

That really should have been a nude scene. In my opinion.

A delightful movie, but I'm not sure I'd put Elizabeth Perkins in the vixen category, much like I wouldn't put, say, Carole Lombard. Still, she remains a great-looking woman.

Happy MCW and I WILL remember next week!

My husband would agree with you on this one for sure.

Moi: I knew vixen was a bit of a stretch. After all the discussion about Kelly LeBrock. I went to Ms. Perkins web site, to see what she looks like now. She has aged very well. Perhaps looking better now than she did then.

I look forward to you playing next week.

Pam: Ah well, great minds think alike.

"What were you like when you were younger?" "Don't worry, I wasn't that different." MRM in a flippin nutshell. I apologize in advance for my comment on my blog.

MRM: I knew that. And no need to apologize.
