If you've been paying attention to what's going on in Washington this is worth a look. If you haven't been paying attention, you deserve whatever these people do to you.

It doesn't matter whether you're a Democrat, Independent or Republican, signings something before you understand what's in it or the implications of it, is a mistake.

Much of this agenda is being done in the name of saving the economy. Much of what they're doing has nothing to do with saving the economy, it has to do getting this agenda implemented, before anybody can figure out what is actually happened.

If you follow the links on the sidebar you can get all of your representatives and the President's address.

This is your country, SAVE IT!

Kate: Good for you, don't forget to tell your friends.

It's true...we need to be fed up & do something!

Then what?

Short of a complete overthrow the government, archaic style, complete with public trials, will anything truly make a difference?

I'm so frustrated with the whole situation. I cannot believe how this whole mess just keeps getting bigger and better.

I'm tired of being a sheep...

Chick: Find an event in the city or come down to Washington it would be a quick trip for you. You could take the pictures.

Tell your friends and bring them.

Heather: We stop the apathy, make sure that our elected officials are doing what is best for the nation and not the special interests.

If need be we form a third party; one based on the people in the middle, the hard workers, the ones that strive to pay their bills and their mortgages and live within their means. A party that eliminates the nutcases on both the extreme left and right.

I share your frustration and I ask you to help send the message. Tea bags alone won't do it, actually writing the president and your representatives so that they understand your disapproval might.

Here's a link to the Kansas City Tea Party:

By the way, I'm glad to see you around.

Thank you, Karl, for this information. i'm spreading the word and sending out the tea bags to my congressman.

Majority of Americans blindly follow without thought to consequence, like sheep being led to slaughter.

If we are all thinking the same thing, than clearly we are not all thinking. Great minds DO NOT think alike.

Bernadette: Your welcome.

After sending the tea bag follow it up with a written letter to your representatives, politely letting them know how you feel.

Thanks for stopping by.

I think we're screwed no matter what. Are there any truly honest politicians out there? Probably not.

Hi Karl!

Does sending a message to start acting with a little common sense or we'll change your place of employment, I certainly hope so!

If we don't do anything, we have no one to blame but ourselves.

I am very happy to see you getting around.

I love the idea of the teabag in the envelope!

Of course, these kinds of things always go a bit too far with the platform -- always get just a bit too divisive. They take big chunks out of the area under the bell curve over piddly extremist positions that don't have any great overall effect -- thereby blocking off the meat of the movement.

Gadfly, That's one of the things I think is interesting about the movement, it's not really extremist.

Unless of course it's extremist to want people to pay their own way, be treated equally under the law, have documentation to prove their here legally and to stop letting special interest run the government.

Thanks for stopping by.
