Lakota: The Chesapeake bay is just outside, I can see 3 nests just by looking out the window 4 or 5 if I use the telescope. The nests are empty all winter, when the Osprey return its spring.
Of course perky blooms are a sign that something good is about to happen.

I didn't even know what an Osprey was. I had to go look them up. Very beautiful birds.
Hi Karl,
thanks for stopping by my site!
Pud: They are beautiful birds, on the bay you know it's officially spring when they return. Thanks for stopping in.
Z Mascota: Your welcome, thanks for comming by.
hmmm... your profile doesn't say where you're from Karl but I have to assume from somewhere up north if you're birdwatching for spring.
Down here in the south we bloom watch, and sure 'nuff - the azaleas are starting to look perky.
Perky is good. ~wink~
